Happy families making memories on the beach!

Being just north of the entrance to Long Beach Island; Surf City enjoys a large year-round and summer population. It’s a bustling town with restaurants & take-out options, miniature golf, ice cream, small specialty markets, fish market & green grocer, art galleries, a wide variety of shops, sport bar and nightly entertaining. Even if you grilled at home; the town is still busy at night with an ice cream run. The beaches are filled with happy families plus a lifeguarded bay beach with playground at W 16th Street & Barnegat Ave. It’s easy to find – just follow the ice cream truck. The Surf City Yacht Club on the bay at W. 9th Street welcomes new sailors and old salts. Surfers and surf fisherman take over the ocean when the lifeguards are not on duty and beach walkers all stop to watch and chat. There is a wide variety of homes listed and sold each year. Many are for the convenience of being close to the bridge so they can live & work from here - enjoying long weekends before heading into work. Vacation rentals included cottages, duplexes and 4+ bedroom contemporaries. Prices are based on location and amenities. Let one of our agents expand on this for you.
