hch is now participating in the RealTime Rental system. You as an Owner can monitor your property from this link.

Go to the bottom of the page and enter your property ID number and click on Go . One of our agents can provide you with this number.

The system has a feature that will notify you automatically by email when your property is reserved by hch and when the lease is returned with money ratified and approved.

The agent will also notify you by telephone that your property was reserved.


LANDLORD INFORMATION

The following information was sent to all hch's current Tenants

After careful consideration hch has decided to take the advice on the cleaning/sanitization of the rental units from a majority of Landlords, Cleaning Services and other Rental Agencies regarding the extra time involved to sanitize/clean due to the C19 Virus.
Our check in and out has been changed. Check in is at 4 PM Checkout is at 10 AM. This is to give cleaning people more time.

Also please be sure that your final rent payment has been made 4 weeks in advance.

As per the restrictive guidelines for non essential businesses the opening of hch will be “curbside”. There will be no access to the interior of the building to the public.

Signs will direct you to the North Side Parking lot of hch. There will be a window in the middle of the north side of the hch building with a staff member to release keys and check you in and/or check you out. Please practice social distancing and wearing of a mask.

Please disregard any of the information in the letters regarding Sales Tax as Governor Murphy has rolled back the Sales Tax on certain types of rentals. The bill was signed into law on August 9, 2019.
